How much does it cost to file Chapter 7 or Chapter 13?

In addition to the fixed fee for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, you must pay for the Court Filing Fee for Chapter 7, which is $338.00. There are other costs to filing a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy that you should be aware of.

COSTS OF CHAPTER 13 ATTORNEYS

In comparison with other Chapter 13 Bankruptcy attorneys, we charge an affordable fixed fee for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.  

The fixed fees that we charge include full representation in Chapter 13.  Legal representation in a Chapter 13 case lasts for the entire case, 3 to 5 years!  Read more about the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Process.

Down payment. Unlike other attorneys, we do not require clients to pay the entire Chapter 13 fee prior to their Chapter 13 filing. In most cases, you will pay only a down payment. The down payment will increase based upon the complexity of the Chapter 13 case. The remainder of the fee will be paid as part of your Chapter 13 plan.
